Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to read our pages and reach us. Here is what we aim for, how we test, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

Our target
We aim for the rebuilt Web Everything website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is our target, not a claim that every page already meets it. We treat any barrier you run into as a problem to fix.
What's built in
- Every page has one main heading, headings in order, and landmarks for the header, navigation, main content and footer.
- A "Skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard reaches.
- Menus, links, buttons and form fields work with a keyboard alone, and the one you're on shows a visible focus ring.
- Every form field has a visible label, required fields say so in words, and errors are announced.
- Text and background colors are chosen to meet the AA contrast ratios.
- The background marks on our pages are decoration, so screen readers skip them.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, we turn off non-essential movement.
- Pages reflow to fit phones, tablets and desktops without sideways scrolling.
How we test
- We run Google Lighthouse's accessibility audit on sample pages. On September 27, 2026, the homepage, the Contact page and the Repair page each scored 100.
- We move through menus and forms using only the keyboard.
- We check that every form field can be found and filled in by its label alone.
- We check each page at phone widths down to 320 pixels.
An automated score doesn't catch everything, so we also want to hear from you.
What we know still needs work
- Older pages on this site, such as the free AI check, the pages for reports bought earlier and our Insights articles, came before the rebuild and haven't had the same review yet.
- Payment forms on older pages are provided by Stripe, and we don't control how they're built. If a payment step gets in your way, contact us and we'll find another way to complete it.
- Content from other companies, such as maps or embedded tools, may fall outside our control. Tell us anyway, and we'll look for an alternative.
