This statement describes how Web Everything, LLC (“Web Everything,” “we,” “us”) approaches accessibility across the Web Everything website and the Practice Workup product. We’ve written it plainly and kept it honest about what works today and what doesn’t yet.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That standard is our target, not a finished claim, accessibility is something we work on continuously rather than something we declare done. We treat barriers people encounter as real problems to fix, the same way we treat any other defect.
WCAG 2.1 AA is a widely recognized benchmark for making web content usable by people with a broad range of disabilities, including visual, motor, auditory, and cognitive differences, and by people using assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation.
Measures in place
The following are built into the site today. We mention them because they are real, not because they make us fully conformant.
- Semantic HTML. Pages are structured with meaningful headings, landmarks, lists, and form labels so assistive technologies can convey the page in a logical order.
- Keyboard navigation. Interactive elements, links, buttons, form fields, and the order flow, can be reached and operated with a keyboard, without requiring a mouse.
- Visible focus indicators. When you move through the page with a keyboard, the element you’re on is shown with a visible focus outline so you can tell where you are.
- Color-contrast care. We choose text and background colors with contrast in mind, so copy stays legible against our deep-navy and teal palette.
- ARIA labels on interactive controls. Buttons and controls that aren’t self-explanatory from their visible text carry accessible names, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technologies so they don’t add noise.
- Responsive, mobile-friendly layouts. Pages reflow to fit phones, tablets, and desktops, and remain usable when text is enlarged or the viewport is narrow.
- Reduced-motion respect. If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, we honor that preference and suppress non-essential animation, including the homepage carousel and fade-in effects.
Known limitations
We’d rather name the rough edges than pretend they don’t exist. The areas below may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, and we’re working to improve them.
- The embedded payment field. Checkout on our order page uses a secure payment form provided and controlled by Stripe. We don’t control its internal markup or behavior, so its accessibility is governed by Stripe and may not match the rest of the site. If the payment step is a barrier for you, contact us and we’ll arrange another way to complete your order.
- The live workup viewer. After you order, the page that streams your report’s progress in real time updates dynamically. Those live updates may not always be announced cleanly by every screen reader. The final report and the email we send you are the authoritative deliverable, and we’re improving how the live view communicates its status.
- Third-party content generally. Where we rely on outside components, parts of the experience may fall outside our direct control. We still want to hear about problems there, it helps us find an alternative or press the vendor to fix it.
Conformance status
Web Everything is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means most of the site meets the standard, but some content, including the third-party areas noted above, does not yet fully meet it. This is an ongoing effort, and we expect this status and the measures above to change as we make improvements.
Feedback and reporting a barrier
If you run into something on this site you can’t access, or you need information here in a different format, please tell us. Your feedback is one of the most useful ways we find and fix problems.
Email us at legal@webeverything.com or call 646-388-2960. It helps if you can describe the page or task, what got in your way, and the assistive technology, browser, or device you were using, but tell us whatever you can, and we’ll work with it.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. If a particular page or document isn’t accessible to you, let us know and we’ll provide the information another way, for example, by reading it to you, sending it in a different format, or walking you through the step that’s blocking you.
You can also reach us by mail at 675 Purdy St., Birmingham, MI 48009.
