Sites that give people, and the AI assistants they ask, the same correct facts about your practice or firm: where you are, what you do and don't do, what you take or charge, and how to get in. The request forms can be read and filled out by a person, or by an AI agent acting for them.
A written quote after one call.
02
Google rankings, your Business Profile and Maps listing, Google Ads, the directories your field uses, and a review plan that follows your rules. One report a month, counted in new patients or clients.
From $450 a month. The fee depends on your ad budget. Month to month.
03
For when the phones went quiet, tracking code landed on a page where patients type in their information, the listings show an old address, a site change dropped your rankings, or the ads spend with no calls behind them. We show you the evidence, fix it, and leave a written record.
A fixed price once we've seen the problem.
04
A one-time review of what each channel brings in and costs, and what to fix, stop and try next, including where AI can help your office and where it creates risk.
Price on inquiry.
05
Two one-time projects, by field.
Upstream is for medical practices. It starts where other listing sites get their facts, such as the federal provider registry, Medicare enrollment, your state license and Google, and works down from there.
Listings Cleanup is for dental and mental-health practices, law firms and financial advisors. We research where your listings are wrong and build you the agent that corrects each directory in your field.
In both, you make each change on your own accounts and a person on our team checks it. A re-check at 30 days shows the before and after.
Upstream: $1,500, one time. That covers a practice with one office and up to two providers. $750 for one doctor's own records. Optional upkeep from $49 a month.
Listings Cleanup: $1,500, one time. $3,000 with verified profiles for up to three named practitioners, and larger groups are quoted. No monthly fee.
