Is the snapshot free?
Yes. It costs nothing and there's no obligation.
What do you do with my email?
We send your snapshot to it, and a person on our team sees each snapshot that runs, so we can answer if you write back. Running a snapshot doesn't sign you up for a mailing list, and we don't sell your information.
Do you need patient information?
No. We only need your name, your NPI, your office details and an email address. Do not include patient information in this form.
