FAQ
What happens after I order?
You get a confirmation by email right away. A doctor confirms their record while ordering, so the audit starts right away. A practice gets a link to confirm each provider's name, credentials, specialty and office, and the audit starts once the record is approved. Your Upstream report follows within two business days, with the steps to add the Upstream connector to your Claude or ChatGPT.
Can I change the number of providers later?
Yes. If you add a provider or an office after you order, it's $350 for each additional provider and $500 for each additional office. We confirm the change with you before anything is charged.
When does upkeep start?
On day 31, after your 30-day re-check. It's $99 a month for a practice or $49 a month for a doctor, billed to the card you order with. Upkeep is optional, and you can stop it anytime by email or phone.
Do I need Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, a paid plan of either one, from $20 a month. That's where your Upstream agent runs. On a business plan (Claude Team or Enterprise, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise), an administrator adds the Upstream connector. We help you set it up, and in Southeast Michigan we may be able to sit with you in person.
Is there a contract?
No. The cleanup is a one-time price. Upkeep is month to month, and you can stop it anytime.
