What you earn

Clear numbers, paid plainly.

No tiers to decode, no “competitive commissions” hand-waving. Here’s exactly what a referral is worth.

Practice Workup

One-time
You earn

$50

flat, on every workup a practice you referred buys

A clean flat fee — no math, no proration. The easy first yes that opens the door.

They pay $399 (+$99 / location)

Marketing Engineering

Project
You earn

10%

of their spend on the build, plus their first 12 months of oversight

About $200 on a $2,000 starter, $500 on a $5,000 build.

Builds start around $2,000

One referred practice, start to finish
  • The $399 Practice Workup$50
  • A typical $5,000 build — your 10%$500
  • Their first year of oversight at ~$1,000/mo — your 10%~$1,200
One introduction≈ $1,750

A realistic mix, not a best case — and there’s no cap on how many you make.

  • Net-30, batched monthly
  • $50 minimum payout
  • 30-day refund hold first
  • Refunds reverse that commission

Intro → they buy within 90 days → 30-day refund hold → paid Net-30 in the next monthly batch. Every number is in writing before you start.

How it works

Three steps. No link to share.

This is an introduction program, not a banner link. We pay for real introductions to practices you actually know — no tracking link to manage, no cookie to expire.

Apply

Tell us who you are and how you know independent practices. We review every application by hand and reply, usually within two business days. Free, start to finish.

Introduce a practice

When a practice would genuinely benefit, hand us the introduction by name. You stay the trusted advisor — we’re the vendor you brought in, not a link you have to babysit.

Earn when they buy

When a referred practice buys, the sale is credited to you and you get paid — the workup, plus a share of any build that follows.

How you get credit: you name the practice you’re introducing, and we tie it to your referral code. If they buy within 90 days — long enough for a real medical buying cycle — the sale is yours. Even a practice that arrives on its own and mentions your name is credited to you. No link to manage, no cookie that expires.

Is this allowed?

A business referral, not a patient referral.

You’re recommending a marketing vendor to a practice — you are not steering a patient to a provider. Anti-kickback and fee-splitting rules govern payments tied to patient care reimbursed by Medicare or Medicaid. Nothing here touches that: we have no role in anyone’s treatment, and the referral triggers no federal-program payment.

Rules vary by state and profession, so check your own. And because we take this seriously, the program terms are being reviewed by a healthcare attorney before we open it wide — we’ll be straight with you about where that stands.

  • FTC disclosure, handled. You disclose that you earn a commission when you recommend us — one plain sentence does it, and we hand you the exact wording.
  • Clean eligibility. For U.S. independent practices. Don’t refer a practice you have an undisclosed ownership or employment stake in.
Who it’s for

Built for the people practices already trust.

If independent practices already take your call, this is an easy thing to put in front of them.

Consultants & advisors

You already advise these practices on running better. The workup is the diagnostic you’d want in hand before recommending any build.

Web & marketing agencies

You build and run sites for practices. Hand off the AI-visibility diagnostic and the deeper builds you don’t do in-house, and share in the work.

Software & vendor reps

You’re already in front of practice owners with EHR, scheduling, or PMS tools. The workup is an easy, useful thing to put in their hands.

Fractional CMOs & operators

You already own their marketing outcomes. Bring in the diagnostic and the build, and earn on the work that follows your call.

You stay the trusted advisor. We won’t hard-sell, spam, or go around you to your client — you brought us in, and we act like it. No exclusivity, no quotas, walk away anytime.

Why I’m doing it this way

Straight with you, on purpose.

I’ll be straight with you: this is more generous than most referral programs, and I know it. That’s on purpose. I’d rather build a real relationship with the people who send good practices my way than shave a few points off the commission.

We’re early — you’d be among our first partners, which means you get my direct line, not a ticket queue. Send me practices that genuinely fit, and I’ll take care of you.

Questions

Before you apply.

How much do I earn, and on what?

Two simple numbers: a flat $50 on every Practice Workup a referred practice buys, plus 10% of whatever they spend on Marketing Engineering — the build and their first 12 months of oversight. That’s it.

How are referrals tracked if there’s no link?

By named introduction. You tell us which practice you’re sending, and we issue a referral code tied to you. We credit the sale when they buy, within a 90-day window of the introduction — long enough for a real medical buying cycle.

When and how do I get paid?

Net-30 after a 30-day refund hold, batched monthly, once you’ve cleared a $50 minimum. We confirm your payout method after you’re approved — never on the application form.

What happens after I apply?

A person reviews it, usually within two business days, and replies either way. If it’s a fit, we send a short partner agreement and your referral code, and you’re live.

Will this hurt my relationship with my client?

That’s the whole reason we run it by named introduction, not a tracking link. You stay the trusted advisor; we’re the vendor you brought in. We won’t hard-sell, spam, or go around you — and you can stay in the loop on everything.

Am I locked into anything?

No. No exclusivity, no quotas, no commitment. Refer when it genuinely fits, and walk away anytime — there’s nothing to cancel.

Can I refer more than one practice?

Yes — there are no caps and no quotas. Every introduction that converts is credited to you.

What if a practice only buys the workup?

You still earn the $50. The build commission is a bonus when it happens, not a requirement — the workup alone counts.

Does it cost me anything?

No. Applying and partnering are free, start to finish.

Do I have to say that I earn a commission?

Yes — the FTC requires it, and it’s the honest thing to do. We make it painless: one plain sentence does it, and we give you the exact wording in your welcome kit. You won’t have to figure it out yourself.
