What happens after you send it
- A person reads it. Every message goes to a person, not to a ticket queue.
- We reply by email, or call if you left a number and asked for a call.
- If it's work we do, the next step is one call. We look at your site and listings before we talk.
- Then you get a price in writing. Websites get a written quote after the call. The Marketing Plan, a one-time review of what each channel brings in and costs, and what to fix, stop and try next, is price on inquiry, with the price in writing after the call. Repair gets a fixed price once we've seen the problem. Upstream, for medical practices, is $1,500, one time, for a practice with one office and up to two providers, or $750 for one doctor's own records. It starts with a free Listing Snapshot. Listings Cleanup is $1,500, one time, for a solo practice, and $3,000 with verified profiles for up to three named practitioners. Search & Ads is from $450 a month. The fee depends on your ad budget. It's month to month.
- If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you. That includes when a channel won't pay off for you.
